Project: Sloane Club

Phase 1 Brief Description: Installation of 20 new bathrooms to the existing hotel in rooms.

Phase 2 Brief Description : Installation of new, Drainage, hot, cold and heating pipework to feed various elements of the new cafe and Bar to the ground floor and basement area.

Contract Value: £100K

This was a challenging refurb project, where ADL Mechanical and Electrical Contractors were instructed to supply and install 20 x new en-suite bathrooms to existing rooms.

Our scope of works was to install new hot, cold, waste and soil pipework to accommodate new bathrooms, as these rooms didn’t have en-suite bathrooms originally we had to bring new HWS,HRW & BCWS distribution pipework as well as new SVP’s into each room, we then installed new sanitaryware and brassware.
